Curiosity Built the Flat Part 1

The purchase of the apartment happens next week, so as a taster here are the original plans and then the potential new plans.

As you can see all the rooms apart from the kitchen stay the same in size. 

We will be knocking out the wall between the utility room and the kitchen, to make a larger and better functioning kitchen.
